About Good Neighbors International

 Good Neighbors International is a development NGO founded in Korea in 1991. For over 30 years, we have worked to make the world a place without hunger. Good Neighbors is working in 40 countries with focus on inclusive community development and child protection.

About the project

 Integrated Rural Development Project in Kyrgyzstan is a rural  development  project  funded  by  Korea  International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The project expects to work with 30 selected villages in Osh and Batken for the next 5 years with following goals:

i) Creating an enabling socio-economic environment by supporting the basic rural infrastructure.

ii) Enhancing household income by increasing agricultural productivity and improving access to external markets

iii) Improving governance in rural development by building the institutional capacity of government agencies in designing national policy.

The project based in Osh, is currently recruiting an External Driver to join. We encourage all those interested in working as a driver in an NGO and agricultural development to apply.

Qualification requirements

ㆍNecessary Knowledge

• Russian, Kyrgyz.
• English (preferable)
• Computer literacy (preferable, MS Office applications)

ㆍNecessary educational background (related major)

• Bachelor’s degree in any majorities.

ㆍRequired work experience

• Direct working experience not less than 10 years in companies.

ㆍRequired certificate:

• Driver’s license: B or BC category
• It is conditional on the candidate.

ㆍExtra required capacity:

• Flexible
• Opportunity to travel on business trips in the project areas (Osh/Batken)
• Ready for work with different groups of people

• Punctual

Duties

• Driving within city, Driving to rural areas within the project areas (Osh/Batken).
• Delivery of goods, documents and other office supplies.
• Documentation works related to the payment.
• Driving-related tasks given by the project.
