About Good Neighbors International

 Good Neighbors International is a development NGO founded in Korea in 1991. For over 30 years, we have worked to make the world a place without hunger. Good Neighbors is working in 40 countries with focus on inclusive community development and child protection.

About the project

 Integrated Rural Development Project in Kyrgyzstan is a rural  development  project  funded  by  Korea  International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). The project expects to work with 30 selected villages in Osh and Batken for the next 5 years with following goals:

i) Creating an enabling socio-economic environment by supporting the basic rural infrastructure.

ii) Enhancing household income by increasing agricultural productivity and improving access to external markets

iii) Improving governance in rural development by building the institutional capacity of government agencies in designing national policy.

The project team, based in Osh, is currently recruiting local staff to join. We encourage all those interested in agricultural development and value chain to apply.

Qualification requirements

Overall Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Fluency  both in Kyrgyz and Russian
• Discipline and punctuality
• Proactive, organized and excellent interpersonal skills
