Representative Office of Acted in Osh is looking for committed and highly motivated recent graduates to fill the vacant position of "FLAT (Finance, Logistics, Administration and Transparency) Volunteer"  who would like to grow and build a career as a  professional within the organisation.

Qualification requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, development studies or another relevant field
• Fluency in English, Russian, Kyrgyz and communication skills;
• Previous related work or volunteer experience
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Well rounded communication skills, social competencies and ability to work in a team
• Autonomous, flexible, solution-oriented and motivated.

Duties

• FLAT Management
• Fill-in bankbook & cashbooks for all bases
• Gather Payment Vouchers into related folders
• Scanning of Finance documents: Payment Requests, Order Forms, Payment Vouchers
• Other tasks assigned by Administration
