AeroStan Air Company is dynamically developing cargo air company, which is engaged in charter air cargo transportation all over the world on Boeing 747-200 and Airbus A300B4.   

At the moment, AeroStan requires a Training Specialist at the head office in Bishkek.

We are seeking a HIGHLY motivated individual to join our team as a  Training Specialist in Flight Operations Department. In this role, you will assist in the development, delivery, maintaining and evaluation of training programs and records for flight crew members and flight dispatchers. You will work closely with Training Manager to ensure that all training programs are up-to-date and meet local and international regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of new training programs.

Qualification requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (aviation, education, psychology, etc.);
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian languages;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working and/or studying in aviation field;
• Knowledge of Kyrgyz Civil Aviation regulations and requirements for aviation personnel training.

Duties

•  Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online training modules;
• Deliver training programs to flight crew members and flight dispatchers, including classroom and simulator sessions;
• Participate in the evaluation of training programs, including gathering feedback from trainees and conducting assessments;
• Collaborate with Training Manager to ensure all training programs are up-to-date and meet regulatory requirements;
• Manage and maintain crew training records and ensure they are accurate (License, Medical Check, Validation, Line Check, Simulator Check etс).
