Normeca International AS are looking for Reception in Kyrgyzstan in connection with our project "Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinics / Mini Hospital" for The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Program for Charity Work (KAAP) – Humanitarian Aid Foundation administrated by the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB). The clinics will cover a great deal of the medical areas and are all based in large mobile expandable trailers. The clinics will be completely self-sufficient with their own accommodation and support units, like kitchen, laundry, dinning, meeting rooms etc

Требования

• Willingness to frequent trips to the regions of Kyrgyzstan.
• Willingness to work in non-standard conditions.
• Works well independently and has strong operational skills.
• Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Develops strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills.
• Communicates effectively and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• English speaking and writing are mandatory.
• people with medical background will have priority. 

Обязанности

• Coordinating whole work at the clinic with patients.
• Working close with local hospitals on collecting patients from area where the clinic is settled.
• Register patients in the patient system.
• Register patients in the reception tent explaining the rules.
• Coordinating patient flow daily.
• Coordinating bringing patients from far away villages.
• Plan the whole system of treating patients in each location.
• Follow up relation between doctors and patients.
• Prepare daily reports and other reports by management request.
• And other duties assigned by management

Условия

• Accommodation in the trailers with 3 time meal.
• Vacation: 20 working days, two times each year with full salary
