• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the tourism industry is a must to have thing

Обязанности

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage correspondence, phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and partners.
• Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and documentation.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team/travelers.
• Support financial processes, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget planning.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked.
• Assist with marketing and customer service tasks as needed.
• Handle any administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the agency.

Условия

• Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
