Job Description:

Accelerate Prosperity Kyrgyzstan is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outreach Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and supporting entrepreneurs across the Kyrgyz Republic. As an Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and recruiting participants for our incubation and acceleration programs, which are designed to foster entrepreneurial growth and innovation. This role requires a proactive approach to outreach, strong networking abilities, and a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape.

Qualification requirements

Requirements and background:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
•  Prior experience with international organizations.
•  Previous involvement in business organizations.
•  Demonstrated track record in business development and entrepreneur engagement.
•  Experience in organizing and executing outreach campaigns.
•  Familiarity with incubation and acceleration program frameworks.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Proven experience in evaluating business projects, preparing documentation, and managing project processes.
• Proficiency in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English languages.

Personal Qualities:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking capabilities.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in both oral and written Russian, English, and Kyrgyz.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to attract and engage entrepreneurs from various sectors.
• Identify potential participants for our programs through market research, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Represent Accelerate Prosperity at industry events, workshops, and seminars to promote our programs and connect with potential participants.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of applicants, including interviews and assessments, to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to organize selection meetings and support the onboarding process for new participants.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on outreach activities and program participation to inform strategy and improve processes.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to entrepreneurs throughout their participation in our programs.
