Central Asian International Consulting (CAIConsulting) is the consulting firm, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic focusing on several sectors, including agriculture/agribusiness and financial sector development projects. Our consultants are implementing the projects for various donor organizations (e.g. ADB, AFD, EBRD, EIB, EU, GIZ, KfW, World Bank) in the Central Asia. As part of the continuing expansion of our Recruiting Department, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Recruiter Specialist in Kyrgyzstan.
Required Entry Qualifications and Competencies:
As a part of the job responsibilities of this position, Recruiter/ HR- Manager is the first point of contact for the experts and is responsible for the whole recruitment cycle from identifying the best experts to maintaining long-term relationships with them. The focus of his/ her work is relationship management with the experts. He/ she analyses the project specific requirements and CVs for projects. He/ she is responsible for the presentation of all expert related parts in the project proposals (CVs, expert descriptions, tables for qualification overview, chapters). Within the context of temporary project teams, the Recruiter Specialist works closely together with the responsible overall Project Manager assigned by the Head of the Department or Company Management.
