Public Charitable Foundation “Taiwan fund for Children and Families” announces a competition for the vacancy of HR Manager in Tokmok city - 1 vacancy.This vacancy is temporary for the period of maternity leave of the main employee. Qualification requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or Law and equivalent.
• Experience in human resources or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Knowledge of Labor Code.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Making Time shits and enrollment
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of English language is required
• Having a driving license would be desirable

Duties

• Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
• Onboarding newcomers to the company
• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
• Developing adequate induction and training
• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
• Managing documents/workig books
• Making Agreements/ Tender Documents
• Assisting with the performance management and review process
