Описание курса/тренинга

King’s College and TRACE International offer a TRACE studentship to pursue LLM (Master of Law) programme for the 2017-2018 academic year. Applicants from Developing countries are eligible to apply for this studentship.

TRACE International and TRACE Incorporated are two distinct entities with a common mission to advance commercial transparency worldwide by supporting the compliance efforts of multinational companies and their third party intermediaries.

Candidates for the studentship should demonstrate an established interest in criminal law and anti-corruption efforts.

Course Level: Funding is available for an LLM course of study in the academic year 2017/18. The studentship is available to pursue an LLM focused on advancing commercial transparency and raising anti-bribery compliance standards.

Study Subject: It is expected the TRACE Scholar will enrol in relevant courses focused on criminal law, international law, rule of law, governance and economic development, and write his or her LLM thesis on a subject related to criminal law and anticorruption, such as international aspects.

Scholarship Award: The studentship award will cover the University composition fee and maintenance costs, and may be able to assist with application and visa expenses. In addition, the TRACE Scholar may have the opportunity to interact with TRACE member companies in the London area while studying at Cambridge.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for this studentship:

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have their previous degree.

English language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.
